MediaCom Green Team

A small team dedicated to making a big difference – MediaCom’s Green Team is leading the way in sustainability, through the industry-first Carbon Calculator designed to offset carbon emissions.

MediaCom’s Green Team is a group of 21 members dedicated to raising awareness of sustainable behaviours and driving green behaviour change both in and outside of work. They have set targets around single use plastic; waste reduction and recycling, and MediaCom London has been carbon neutral since 2007. 2021 was an incredible year for our sustainability experts, as they helped the industry to get one step closer to becoming net zero.

One of the most important of the team’s achievements is the Carbon Calculator. In 2021 they shared this product with the whole industry via the IPA’s Climate Charter, of which MediaCom are a founding agency, to allow agencies and clients alike to offset the carbon emissions created when delivering campaigns, therefore reducing their footprints, and helping clients reach their sustainability goals.
