Karen Hamilton

Karen is a Senior Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) where she has engaged business leaders across multiple sectors, including finance, real estate, hospitality, healthcare and consumer goods. She is passionate about helping leaders integrate sustainability into strategy and culture for lasting impact and competitive advantage. With over 30 years in FMCG, Karen has held regional and global roles in marketing, sustainability and strategy. Previously Unilever's Global VP Sustainability, Karen spearheaded the creation of the company's ground-breaking Sustainable Living Plan and worked with leading brands to develop their purpose. Karen serves as a non-executive director at Bioregional, is a sustainability sector advisor at London Business School and an external assessor for Cranfield School of Management.
