Sandeep Rana

Sandeep is a sustainability executive with 20 years of experience shaping and delivering strategy across global markets. She has lived and worked in the UK, Belgium, and South Korea, bringing a cross-cultural perspective to roles spanning consumer goods and consulting. She is currently Senior Director, Citizenship and Sustainability at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she leads the implementation of sustainability and social impact strategies across the UK, EMEA, and Emerging Markets. Previously, Sandeep led the European Environmental Sustainability team at Samsung Electronics, driving regional initiatives and advancing environmental performance. She began her career in sustainability consulting, advising organisations on strategy and implementation.
